Rick picture.jpg

Outpatient physical therapist,

Outpatient Manager

Richard Villemarette, PT

A graduate from LSU, Richard brings over 30 years of clinical experience to our team. He has enjoyed practicing in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient orthopedic, home health and geriatric. Over the course of his career he has spent hundreds of hours in clinical studies, most notably in the areas of manual therapy, chronic pain control and myofascial release, and feels that educating a patient to understand their condition or ailment is paramount to long-term success. His enjoyment comes from seeing his patients achieve their goals and returning to safe activities. “Helping another person meet or exceed their goals, restore function or feel better through the reduction of pain and anxiety is both a honor and a privilege.”

Rick is an avid fisherman and loves spending time with his wife & family outdoors camping or at the beach. He enjoys spending time with his 6 grandchildren and is an active member of his church, First Baptist Jena.
