Clay Lanford, PTA
Red River Rehab provides therapy services as an outpatient clinic located in Pineville, to skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies in Central Louisiana. We strive to offer personalized healthcare from local therapist with ties in the community.
Our full time Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy Outpatient clinic has grown significantly in the last year with the addition of therapist and equipment including spine oriented hands on approaches along side a traction table. Dry Needling is currently being offered.
We pride ourselves 100% One on One, Therapist to patient treatment at all times. This is something rarely found in today's clinics.

Outpatient Manager
Caroline Dessens, PT, DPT
Dr. Dessens is from South Louisiana and is a Cenla transplant. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Louisiana Lafayette and has various experience in athletics.

Casey Bullard, PT, DPT
Casey is an Alexandria native who recently returned to her roots and is excited to join the team at Red River Rehab! She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSU Health Shreveport in 2013.

Kavita Mathews, PTA
In 2005, Kavita graduated from Louisiana College with an Undergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia. She worked at a computer firm for 6 and 1/2 years and decided to go back to school to become a PTA.
